Who we are
Moss Gardens is led by Mattias (Moss) Zervas, a garden professional who spent years working with established Sydney gardening companies before starting out on his own.
That background built deep, practical knowledge of garden care, soft landscaping and, just as importantly, how to look after a customer. Running his own business now means a personal touch on every job, and the same person on site each visit.
We look after homes and residential properties across Sydney’s Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.

Every job is priced on what the property actually needs, not a package you have to fit into.
Mowing, edging, pruning, hedge trimming and clean ups. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or a one off tidy.
Planting, mulching, turfing and garden bed preparation, with advice on plant choice and layout.
Scheduled grounds care for strata buildings and commercial sites. One contact, consistent visits.
Our process
Whether it is regular maintenance, a one off clean up or a landscaping refresh, the process is the same and there are no surprises in it.
Tell us about your garden, what you want done and how you use the space. We will organise a time to look at the site if it helps.
A clear, no obligation quote based on the job in front of us. Honest pricing, nothing hidden at the end.
Once it is approved we get to work. You do not need to be home. We leave the garden clean, healthy and tidy.
